If I had better handwriting,
would it hurt less to write?
or is the bad handwriting
from already pained hands?
The loss of oxygen at a young age has repercussions,
deepset,
when not remembered.
It was. And always will be
you.
This was a poem that was inspired by my asthma attack I had but could not remember, due to being an 18 month old baby. Remember that breathing inspires your body to keep going, even for another day. Breathing is life happening. When are we most anxious? When we can’t breathe.
